Job Description:
Our business is growing and we are seeking 2-3 experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring a seamless sales experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating their vehicle choices.
- Negotiate sales and financing agreements to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Experience and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of automotive sales experience, in a dealership setting.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and market trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
